Job Purpose
Responsible for the administration of the organisation’s information and data security policies and practices to ensure authorised users can readily access information and that the information is protected in terms of confidentiality, integrity and availability.
Duties & Key Accounatabilities
- Coordinate with All Functions and collect all SAP challenges and document them.
- Develop Implementation plan for the above challenges
- Coordinate with SAP Consultant and ensure timely completion of SAP implementation
- SAP Access rights management and Audit (continuous process)
- Coordinate with SAP Consultant for any new development and build a business proposal
- SAP user development & Training Programs to Staff
- Ensure all users adhere to all SOP and policies around SAP usage.
- SAP Process Audit & development (will work with Internal Audit)
- IT Department PR Management in SAP
- Evaluate system usage against SOP.
- Weekly reports on SAP usage and utilization as highlighted from description 8
- Weekly SAP process development reports
- SAP user creation and TCODE authorization
- Manage all Integrations to SAP and work with consultant to develop any new requirement
- Ensure system Accessibility by coordinating with other IT members and consultant
Accountabilities
- Compliance to departmental SOP
- Compliance to IT policy
- Secure company information and Network
- Regular system checks
- Develop SAP SOP as per system process.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology
Minimum Experience:
- 2-3 Years Progressive work experience in IT Related Field.
- Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and abilities.
- Ability to work under less supervision.
- Should be an efficient time manager and have the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
- Ability to effectively organize and execute work in accordance with the expectations and responsibilities of the position
