Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide proper and correct information on products.
- Good understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Ensure every walk in to the store is documented.
- Assist the customer till the sale is closed.
- Ensure sales executives are in a presentable manner inside the showroom at all time.
- Collect customer feedback.
- Inform customers about discounts and offers.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing the targets set by the floor manager.
- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately.
Required Qualifications
- Good communication skill.
- Presentable personality.
- Knowledge in computerized Accounting and MS Office.
- Leadership quality.
- Work coordination.
- Product and market knowledge.
- Ability to identify and convince customers.
- Good Etiquettes.
- At least 4 years’ previous experience of indoor sales
- Must have a good understanding of the construction industry.
