Our client a start-up company is seeking to fill the role of a Senior Human Resource Officer

The Role:

The Incumbent will Provide general day-to-day HR support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be actively involved in recruitment, create, and implement effective onboarding for all new hires 
• Organize for training as per the HOD`s approved requests for training
• Leave Management
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Monitor attendance and give attendance reports
• Support payroll processing
• Create a fun, supportive, and engaging employee environment.
• Resolve employee grievances

The candidate:

• Degree or Diploma holder in HR-related studies
• At least 4 years HR Generalist experience in a busy and dynamic industry 
• Experience in working with a relatively young generation of average age 23 -25  years

Remuneration:

Basic Salary of KES 60,000.00 - 80,000.00, PLUS OTHER BENEFITS
