We seeking for qualified chartered accountant with years of experience to lead a team of accountants. The chartered accountant is responsible for implementing accounting systems and processes, preparing monthly financial reports, controlling the master data of the general ledger, and ensuring compliance with the state revenue service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop, implement, and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare and file statutory financial reports and tax returns.
• Analyze and manage cost structures, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Implement cost control measures and monitor their effectiveness.
• Oversee inventory accounting and valuation.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile with financial records.
• Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and implement cash management strategies.
• Perform financial analysis to support business decisions, including profitability analysis, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage all aspects of taxation, including direct and indirect taxes.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and payments.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and taxation.
• Experience in the marble or construction industry is a plus.
