The role:
- Develops customer service strategies in line with the overall company goals
- Ensure adherence to company regulations and performance goals
- Managing a team of Customer Service Executives
- Ensuring the team meet their KPI; including communicating team goals and targets
- Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
- Respond to team querries, helps with team member problems, and oversee team's work for quality and guideline compliance
- Ensure efficiency and quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
The Candidate:
- Degree certificate holder in relevant field
- 5 years plus Ecommerce Customer Support experience, with at least 3 years as a team leader: experience in working with start-ups is a plus.
- experience in managing a huge team of young, multiskilled, and multitalented employees
