Job Description

The role:

  • Develops customer service strategies in line with the overall company goals
  • Ensure adherence to company regulations and performance goals
  • Managing a team of Customer Service Executives
  • Ensuring the team meet their KPI; including communicating team goals and targets
  • Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
  • Respond to team querries, helps with team member problems, and oversee team's work for quality and guideline compliance
  • Ensure efficiency and quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints

The Candidate:

  • Degree certificate holder in relevant field
  • 5 years plus Ecommerce Customer Support experience, with at least 3 years as a team leader: experience in working with start-ups is a plus.
  • experience in managing a huge team of young, multiskilled, and multitalented employees
