Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Bachelor's dgree/ Diploma in business related field
• 3+ years experience in selling over the phone
• Canidates must have worked with sales target, and have a good performance track record
• Critical thinker, analytical person, highly organised, meticulous and take pride in their work performance
• Experienced in sales & marketing in Real Estate, Property Management services (cleaning, security, maintenance), corporate training, corporate events, insurance, banking or investment products and services
• Fluency in both English and Kiswahili
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Age: 26 -30 years
