Reports to: Head of Sales
Direct Reports: Sales Agents
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full implementation of sales strategy in specific regions.
- Scout for new territories for expansion this includes sourcing for new locations and clusters of Agro-dealers.
- Support marketing activities in your designated regions.
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions; not limited to direct reports and key stakeholders.
- Create regional sales plans in accordance with the set Annual targets for the region; monitor sales agents’ activities and ensure attainment of individual targets.
- Monitor Stockists within the allocated region and effectively manage relationships with them.
- Conduct weekly team review meetings, assessing performance against KPIs and helping the team resolve performance gaps.
- Timely reporting of regional sales performance as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in In Business Management, Sales & Marketing or Equivalent.
- 5+ years experience in a sales management role (FMCG experience preferably)
- Ability to Coach Mentor & Motivate Teams
- Data-driven
- Passionate about developing rural communities
- Experience opening up new markets
