Customer Relationship Manager
Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager
Job brief:
You will be a vital member of the Marketing team the Customer Relationship (CRM) Manager maintains the company’s onsite and social media presence by creating and managing content that goes both on the website and other social media properties.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the overall marketing strategy on how the company communicates to its consumers to generate sales, increase engagement and boost loyalty.
- Define an operational roadmap of marketing communications according to the commercial planning input from the commercial team and customer insights.
- Write and create engaging and highly relevant email, SMS, push notifications, and web notifications through a deep understanding of the company’s consumer segments.
- Constantly test new ideas, to innovate and optimize.
- Design, Create, set up, improve, and optimize communications to constantly improve customer conversion and retention KPIs through all the channels on each Email, SMS, Push notifications, and web notifications by AB testing content, and timing. Understand the daily, campaigns and channels revenue targets, and make sure targets are met every day.
- Analyze daily performance and make decisions accordingly:
- Report performance to senior management on a regular basis explaining why and how.
- Inspire the wording content for all the communications accordingly to market innovation, brand guidelines, and knowledge of marketing.
- Earn the love of our customers by being relevant at each step of communications content making.
- Demonstrate a capacity to propose innovation to set up.
- Coordinate with different departments to make sure high-quality content production and campaign generation.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years experience with a solid foundation in Digital or CRM project management
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
- Advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office packages & HTML
- Have a pioneer mindset, ambitious, and hardworking, and have a deep-rooted understanding of CRM strategy and execution
- Be flexible, forward-thinking, and able to connect with new people easily.

- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks Self-motivated and result driven.
- Bonus experience and skills include experience with Firebase and Braze
