Job Summary: To Manage inventory and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. The candidate will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and dispatch of a wide variety of products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, and distribution of inventory 
• Responsible for overall inventory management in the warehouses
• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization to the required standards
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, & security while complying with OSHA duties and regulations
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
• Initiate stock inventory replenishment by making a purchase request to procurement & logistics team avoiding stock-outs and overstocking (stock that will last more than 1 year)
• Weekly sharing of VOR update to relevant stakeholders
• Any other duties that may arise in cases of operation alignment requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in supply chain management or related field
• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in the Automotive industry
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
• Leadership skills and ability manage staff
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with customer focus
