Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the culinary team in making attractive and diverse menus.
Managing staff and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and hygiene. - Lead and inspire a team of kitchen staff including stewards, fostering their talent and encouraging their professional development
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and cost control.
- Supervise all food preparation, presentation, and quality standards.
- Work together with the lodge management to enhance guest experiences.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma/ Advanced Diploma in culinary arts from a reputable institution
- 5+ years of experience as Executive Chef / Head Chef or Chef de Cuisine in Luxury Safari Camp / Lodge
- In-depth knowledge of diverse cuisines and culinary techniques.
- Ability to create innovative dishes while adhering to quality standards.
