Roles & Responsibility:
- Resolving Customer Challenges and complaints
- Adopting best practises to ensure timely, trackable, and well organised information for decision making
- Working with internal and operations teams to build processes that drive value generation and differentiation to customer
- Timely order placement into the system
- Timely, collaborative communication with the relevant Teams
- Proactive sharing of information with the customer
- Develop and execute fulfilment plans with the customers
- Drive cross function collaboration within company
- Work closely with all internal teams to ensure a Customer First focus and experience to promote customer growth
- Be proactive to align internal teams to forward planning and fulfilment
- Provide direct support to Customer Facing Teams in ensuring access and availability of resources to enable growth
- Maintain current and accurate records
- Manage transparency and access to internal teams for compliance
- Liaise with Customer Facing Teams and Accounts to ensure that credit risk is in line with credit policy
- Empower Customer Facing Teams to proactively ensure compliance and adherence to credit terms
- Ensuring debtors control and accounting and finance department liaison
- Managing legal and contractual compliance for managing market risk
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in business related field
- 3+ years similar experince in the manufaturing industry
