Roles & Responsibilities

• Set up machines (settings, calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
• Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
• Test operation of machines periodically
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
• Keep Valid records of approved and defective Production of finished products as per the machine.
• Maintain activity logs, or records.

Minimum Qualifications

• Grade Test
• 2+ Years experience in the fabrication industry
• Thorough understanding of the use and application of cosmetic(aesthetic), workmanship standards as would be used in the metal fabrication industry.
• Knowledge with ISO 9001 Quality management systems, Health and safety and other systems as may be adopted by the company.
• Inspect Machine settings and parameters as per welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)and product characteristics within acceptable performance and productivity standards to achieve quality and quantity.
