Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Group's risk management strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Chief Financial and Strategy Officer and the Board to foster a risk-aware culture across the organization.
• Define and maintain the Group's risk appetite and tolerance, ensuring adherence to the established parameters.
• Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging risks and ensure proactive risk management across the Group and its subsidiaries.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while offering practical, risk-based solutions to business challenges.
• Consolidate risk management information to build a comprehensive enterprise risk profile and identify emerging risks.
• Assist in compiling and maintaining the organization’s risk profile, quantifying risks by assessing their likelihood and impact.
• Ensure accurate capture and maintenance of risks in the Risk Management Information System (RMIS).
• Follow up on all internal and external audit findings related to RMIS, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with risk management methodology as outlined in the integrated risk management policy and standards.
• Promote awareness and understanding of integrated risk management within areas of responsibility.
  Coordinate and maintain accurate risk management documentation within the assigned scope.
• Monitor, consolidate, and report on the status of incident investigations and corresponding action plans.
  Ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of resilience strategies to mitigate potential disruptions.
• Prepare the risk management budget in alignment with established guidelines and organizational financial objectives.
• Monitor and manage the allocated budget to ensure optimal utilization of resources and adherence to financial controls.
• Provide regular financial reports on budget performance, identifying any variances and recommending corrective actions where necessary.
• Assess business risks and collaborate with the Leadership Team to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies that minimize potential impacts on business performance
• Ensure strict compliance with Group policies, as well as regulatory requirements, across all execution activities.
• Ensure adherence to all the Group and in-country policies and procedures to maintain operational integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive, consolidated risk reports, providing insights on key risks, mitigation measures, and emerging threats.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Law, Actuarial Science or Risk Management.
• Certified Risk Professional is a requirement.
• 6+ years relevant experience in a supervisory role evaluating business operations in risk management or assurance in the manufacturing industry
