Our client seeks to hire an operational Human Resource Manager for their branch in Mombasa. The sucessful candidate is HR Generalist who will be tasked with overseeing HR operations, including payroll, employee records, and benefits administration. S/He will ensure adherence local labor laws, organizational policies, and international HR standards.Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, creating an inclusive workplace.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the organization workforce and attract the right talent
• Lead the training and development process
• Manage performance, disciplinary and reward process
• Oversee organizational leadership and culture programs
• Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws
• Manage personnel files and leave utilization
• Manage staff welfare and wellness programs
• Develop and implement workforce planning strategies taddress current and future needs.
• Drive initiatives tenhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.

Minimum Requirements
1. Master's degree / bachelor's degree in strategic management/ human resources management
2. CHRP certification
3. 5+ years' experience in HR Management in a logistics or FMCG multinational environment

4. Must have worked in Mombasa /from the local community
