• Creates and manages fleet policies
• Develop strategies for greater fuel efficiency
• Vehicle inspection and maintenance
• Driver management
• Fleet utilization
• Maintaining fleet compliance
• Manage vehicle acquisition and disposal processes
• Recruiting drivers for the fleet
• Setting driving schedules
• Compliance and safety
• Designing fleet maintenance programmes
• Managing vehicles
• Minimising fleet-related costs to maximise profits
• Vehicle procurement and decommissioning
• Coordinate the shipment of goods
• Discipline and terminate drivers if required
• Evaluating drivers' performances
• Maintenance and repairs
• Manages accident reports
• Tracking fleet
