Job Objective
To deliver exceptional customer service, foster a warm and welcoming environment, and oversee daily operations while motivating and leading a dedicated team to attract and retain customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure guests enjoy a safe and comfortable stay.
- Handle inquiries professionally via phone, email, or in person.
- Maintain cleanliness and high standards across all camp areas.
- Address guest complaints promptly and courteously.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks and operational logistics.
- Monitor and manage maintenance issues and third-party contractors.
- Maintain effective stock management of camp supplies.
- Train, supervise, and manage staff, ensuring smooth operations.
- Implement health and safety measures and act as the point of contact during emergencies.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and licensing laws.
- Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing operations in a tented camp or similar setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain high service standards while handling day-to-day challenges.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and operational protocols.
Experience Required: 5+ years in a similar role
