Our client a conglomerate of business in Nakuru seek to fill the role of Marketing & Supplier Relations Manager to take charge of executing marketing strategies business.
The incurmbent will be a hands-on role with a focus on delivering measurable revenue growth, brand building, and engaging marketing campaigns, in line with the company strategic direction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execution of Marketing Strategies: Implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives based on the strategies and goals set by the General Manager (GM) and the Board.
- Drive revenue growth by capitalizing on Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with suppliers, identifying multiple avenues for revenue generation.
- Leverage digital marketing, executing year-round advertising campaigns that further contribute to revenue generation and enhance brand visibility across all business segments.
- Build and maintain the brand identity across all business segments.
- Develop and execute customer engagement programs, including loyalty programs, digital marketing campaigns, and in-store promotions.
- Manage the company's digital presence, including social media, website updates, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
- Collaborations & Partnerships: Foster relationships with local influencers, businesses, and customers to support marketing initiatives.
- Track and report marketing performance against KPIs and revenue targets. Make adjustments as needed to ensure goals are met.
- Oversee in-store displays, promotions, and loyalty events to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in Retail, or Marketing Agency
- Proven track record in executing revenue-driven marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, Google Ads, email marketing).
- Experience in creating and implementing customer engagement programs and promotions.
- Ability to work independently, execute plans, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
