Legal Officer- Commercial & Corporate law

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review contract in line with company policies
• Work with external counsel on court matters, fillings, and case follow-ups
• Conduct legal research and provide advice on risks and compliance.
• Engage with stakeholders to support business interests and regulatory compliance
• Manage and maintain company legal documents and records
• Support the legal Manager and handle additional legal duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• An advocate of High Court of Kenya
• 4-5 years of experience in commercial or corporate law
• Experience working in global, multicultural environments with required cultural awareness
• Excellent Management, and problem-solving Skills.
