MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Reports to: General Manager
Job Brief
To support the implementation of marketing strategies by executing day-to-day promotional, branding, and communication activities; conducting research; and contributing to effective customer engagement - while ensuring full compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks.
Duties & Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Support
Assist in the planning and execution of product promotions, awareness campaigns, and branding initiatives to boost market visibility and product demand.
Benchmark promotional approaches and provide inputs on campaign design for Management approval.
Market Research & Intelligence
Conduct assigned research on market conditions, customer trends, and competitor activities; analyze findings and present reports to inform marketing strategy.
Participate in business forums and sector events to gather industry intelligence and identify potential opportunities.
Customer Experience & Engagement
Analyze customer service inquiries to identify unmet needs or recurring issues and recommend timely solutions for improved customer satisfaction.
Develop communication materials and brand messages to enhance customer education, engagement, and product knowledge.
Impact Measurement & Reporting
Conduct basic impact assessments to gauge the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and their influence on sales and market reach.
Maintain organized records of marketing activities and provide regular reports to management on progress and outcomes.
Documentation & Filing
Maintain an organized filing system for marketing documents, reports, and correspondence to ensure easy retrieval and proper documentation.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure all marketing activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory.
Adhere to brand guidelines and legal standards related to advertising, public communications, and promotional
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a marketing support or assistant role, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or B2B sectors.

Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data presentation tools
