MARKETING & PR OFFICER -HEALTHCARE

Our client, a leading healthcare provider is recruiting an experienced Marketing & PR Officer to drive awareness of their services, strengthen their reputation, and build strong relationships with corporates, insurers, media, government stakeholders, healthcare partners and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing and PR initiatives to increase brand awareness and patient engagement.
• Manage media relations, public relations activities and corporate communications.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships across the healthcare, corporate and media sectors.
• Drive digital marketing and social media campaigns.
• Support corporate and institutional marketing initiatives.
• Represent the Centre at relevant industry, corporate and community events.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the Centre’s visibility and reputation in Kenya and the wider East African region.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years’ relevant experience in Marketing and/or PR in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or another regulated industry is an advantage.
• Strong digital marketing and social media skills.
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Good understanding of the Kenyan media and business environment.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple projects.
• Well-connected across healthcare, corporate and media sectors.
