Pharmacist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe, accurate dispensing of medicines and provide professional customer advice.
• Manage pharmacy operations, including stock, cash flow, shrinkage, housekeeping, and administration.
• Achieve sales, gross profit, and operational KPI targets.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards.
• Ensure proper merchandising, pricing, planogram compliance, and FEFO stock management.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and engagement.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
• Monitor team performance and address operational or performance challenges.
• Maintain workforce discipline and support change management initiatives.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolve complaints, and implement service improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy holder from a recognized institution
Must have a valid registration and current license from the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB)

2 -3 years of experience & must have of which at least 1 year of retail pharmacy experience

Must have a valid driving license.
Valid Passport  & willingness to relocate, work, and live  in other countries

Upon successful hire must have a valid Vaccination Card. (COVID & Yellow Fever)
