Sales Manager – Construction Materials

One of our clients is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence within the construction materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.  
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. 
• Identify new business opportunities and spearhead regional market expansion. 
• Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide management with strategic sales insights. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency. 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 
• Minimum 5 years' experience in sales management, preferably within the construction materials, building products, or related industry. 
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills. 
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Willingness to travel within Kenya as required.
