Key Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in showroom or retail sales.
• Flexibility and willingness to work in any location across Kenya.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Professional, confident, and well-presented with a strong customer-centric approach.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to upsell products and close sales successfully.
